NETVIS-1973
You are unable to change the application tag from Activity Insights (InsightsActivity InsightsApplications) or from the GenAI Use Case page (InsightsAI Access). Additionally, filtering your Applications (InsightsActivity InsightsApplications) using the GenAI filter returns no results.
Workaround: Select ManageConfigurationNGFW and Prisma AccessObjectsApplicationsApplication to tag your GenAI apps.
NETVIS-1825
In the Activity Insights Application dashboard (InsightsActivity InsightsApplication), changing the application tag may take up to 5 minutes to display the new tag.
LST-15102 and LST-15123
Adding an NGFW to Strata Cloud Manager and then activating the AI Access Security license causes the NGFW to no longer display in Strata Logging Service. This is a display issue and does not impact log forwarding functionality. However you cannot move the NGFW to a different Strata Logging Service tenant.
Workaround: When onboarding your NGFW, do so in the following order.
  1. Onboard your NGFW to Strata Logging Service.
  2. Add NGFW to Strata Cloud Manager.
  3. Activate AI Access Security.
