Open the Application Experience UI

Learn how to open the Application Experience user interface when you receive a notification informing you of possible application experience degradation.
If the users have not received a notification, they can still check for CPU, memory, WiFi, and internet connectivity issues that may impact their applications' performance by opening the Application Experience UI directly. To do so:

On Macintosh:
Use one of the following methods:
  • Click the Application Experience menu bar item.
  • Open the app from the ApplicationsGlobalProtectAutonomousDEMSelfServeApplication Experience folder in Finder.
  • Use Spotlight to find the GlobalProtectAutonomousDEM app and double-click it. The Application Experience UI will open.
On Windows:
Use one of the following methods:
  • Right-click the Application Experience icon in the task bar.
  • Open it from the Start menu.
