information about your ServiceNow bidirectional integration: Incidents by
Operational Status, Incidents by Assignee, and
Incidents by Priority.
Incidents by Operational Status
Incidents by Operational Status shows the number of ServiceNow
incidents by State.
Incidents by Assignee
Incidents by Assignee shows the amount of ServiceNow incidents
by the person or entity who has the task of resolving them.
Incidents by Priority
Incidents by Priority shows the number of ServiceNow incidents
by priority, with P1 being the most severe.
