Use Azure Serial Console to access Virtual ION

1. Navigate to the Virtual Machine in the Resource group where the vION was deployed and select Boot Diagnostics.

2. Enable boot diagnostics by selecting Enable with custom storage account and choose an existing or create a new storage account.

3. From the Support + Troubleshooting in the left hand navigation bar of the virtual machine select Serial Console.

   For an unclaimed device the default credentials are:

   • Login: elem-admin
   • Password: hackle628)bags

   For a claimed device use the device toolkit user names and passwords.
