Using the Access Experience UI

The Access Experience user interface displays detailed
information about performance issues that may be impacting your applications. It also
offers recommendations for resolving the underlying performance issues.
When you open Access Experience, it displays
information that is specific to your notification. When you open it directly, it will
display the current state of your Device, WiFi, and Internet connectivity.
The notifications get categorized by their source.

Poor WiFi quality
Disconnected WiFi
WiFi Network Switching
Internet
Click Device, WiFi, or
Internet to display the current performance of that
segment.
Click an endpoint to view the metrics for the past hours. For
example, click Device to view the CPU and memory usage metrics
from the last few hours. You can also view the list of notification alerts received for
your managed device across endpoints.
The usage metrics chart shows the following:
The x-axis shows the timestamp for the last few hours. Depending on where you
mouse over and click in the chart, you can view the status that was indicated at
that specific time. Click anywhere within the
The trend lines in the chart may display one or more red dots, which indicate
that a notification was sent to
you at that moment in time where the dot appears.
The usage metrics chart may show gaps if the device was offline or disconnected
during that time. Metrics are only collected when the device is active and
connected.
