Capture debug information to help Palo Alto Networks
troubleshoot problems with your app instance.
If you're having trouble with a specific app instance,
you can capture debug information that will help Palo Alto Networks
support personnel to troubleshoot the issue. You do this in Settings(
).
In the resulting pop-up, enter a short Description of
the issue.
Capture the debug info and then copy and
save the reference ID number that displays in the next dialog. Use
this number when discussing the issue with Palo Alto Networks support
personnel.
Using this tool does not create a support case. Use the Customer Support Portal (CSP)
to create a support case, and provide the reference ID created here
in the case notes.
Clicking OK closes
the dialog. However, if you click on the instance's wrench icon,
a dialog with the reference ID is shown again.
