Raise condition
Site capacity exceeded 100% usage for at least 3 of the last 5 days for at least 1 hour a day in the given direction.
Clear condition
Site capacity did not exceed 90% usage in the last 8 days for at least 1 hour a day in the given direction.

Remediation
Check for any of the following changes to the alerted sites. If you need assistance, contact your network administrators.
New system implementation.
Inflow of new users to the site.
Newly implemented data backups.
Configuration or network changes.
