You can monitor the performance of a suite of applications (for example, the Microsoft 365 suite of applications consisting of Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Drive each of which will be a target for the Microsoft 365 application test) and drill down into each test target. You can optionally get an aggregated view of the entire suite or a non-aggregated view of individual test targets.
Every monitored application has an App ID. For any App ID, its application test can have multiple targets. You cannot create multiple application tests for the same App ID. If you need to monitor additional targets for the same App ID, edit the existing test for that application and add the additional targets to it. Be aware that every URL, domain, or IP address that is used as a target in any app test, regardless of whether the target appears in one app test only or in multiple app tests, it will be counted against the total number of tests (will be considered as one test) that are run on that device.
For any application, you can get an aggregated view of the data for all the test targets configured for an application test as well non aggregated view of the data for only a single test target configured for the application test. By default, you see the aggregated view until you select a specific target. All widgets are sorted from low to high experience scores.
Refer to the following topics for information on where you can see the application test targets information:
To add a target to an application that does not have any tests, you must create a new app test for the application. To do so, go to InsightsApplications, Click Manage Tests. Click Add Application Test.
To add an application test target for an application with an existing test, you must edit the application test by going to InsightsApplications, Click the Application Test Name for the app for which you want to add a new target in the Prisma Access Applications table to open the Edit Application Test page. Click Add/Edit Target.
Add an IP Address and Domain in the Edit Target pane and Save.
