Troubleshoot IPFIX Integration
Learn how to troubleshoot IPFIX integration between Prisma
SD-WAN and LiveAction.
If you do not see IPFIX flows on LiveNX, use
the following verification steps:
- Ensure that you configure the same listening port
number on both LiveNX and Prisma SD-WAN.

- Check if the Prisma SD-WAN ION device has established
a session with the IPFIX collector.

- Check if flow records are exported from the Prisma SD-WAN
ION device to the IPFIX collector.

Limitations with LiveAction Integration- IPFIX flow information elements that are not IANA standard elements are currently shown as Unidentified on LiveNX. These flow elements will be integrated with LiveNX in a phased manner.
- LiveNX currently shows vendor as Unknown for Prisma SD-WAN ION devices. This will be fixed in the upcoming releases of LiveNX and will not affect current reporting and monitoring.
