If you have the necessary roles, you can view system performance of the tenants, connections, and instances you support. To view this information, access the
ASC Support View
and select
Monitor
Performance
Throughput
.
You can filter on any tenant where you have any role, and the time range of interest. The tenant region is displayed for convenience. The tenant chosen is persistent as you navigate through the other monitoring menus.
You can specify to view the following types of connections:
  • RN — remote networks
  • MU — mobile users
  • SC — service connections
You can specify the following types of instances:
  • Firewalls
This page offers the following widgets:
Widget
Description
CPU Usage
Displays the CPU usage per core for the selected time range. The first core in the list is always dedicated to the management plane. You can select to view them all or you can select to view by individual core. The threshold line at 80% is a best-practice reference for viewing spikes and leaks.
Memory Usage
Displays the memory user per management plane and running processes for the selected time range. You can select to view them all or you can select to view by individual plane or process.
