You can search the subscriptions table with your contract number or Tenant Service
Group ID (tsg_id). The Subscription page contains information
about all the licenses that you have access to based on your support account.
- Use one of the various ways to access Subscription.Type your contract number, tsg_id, or product name in the search bar.You'll see the following:
- Name of the licensed product.
- Status of the license, such as partially assigned or all assigned.
- The assigned quantity of the license compared to the total quantity available.
- The customer support account.
- The number of tenants associated with the license.
- The contract number associated with the license.
- The expiration date of the license.
- The actions available for the license. For example, Activate Cloud Tenant for sharing a Prisma Access license allocation or increasing the quantity of a partial license allocation. The license sharing example also explains how license quantities get reduced and how the number of associated tenants are updated.
