Manage Cloud NGFW for AWS Users
At any time, you can modify a user’s role
or roles to expand or reduce their access and permissions. You can
also delete a user. And individual users can view their roles and
change their name or password as necessary.
Manage User Roles
- Select.SettingsUser and Roles
- Click on the name of the user to be modified.
- Modify theFirst NameandLast Nameif necessary.
- Modify the user’sRoles & Scope.
- To add a role:
- ClickAdd Role.
- Select theRoleandScopefrom the respective drop-downs.
- To delete a role:
- Click the delete icon (
- ClickSave.
Delete a User
If you need to completely remove a user’s
access and permissions, you can delete that user.
- Select.SettingsUser and Roles
- Select the checkbox to the left of the user’s name.
- Select.ActionsDelete
Edit User Information
A non-Tenant Administrator can update their
name or change their password if needed. However, they cannot modify
their assigned roles.
- Select.SettingsUser and Roles
- Click the user name.
- Modify theFirst NameandLast Nameif necessary.
- To change a password:
- ClickChange Password.
- Enter theCurrent Password.
- Enter and re-enter theNew Password.
- ClickChange.Changing the password logs you out of the Cloud NGFW tenant. You must log back in using the new password.
- ClickSave.
