Search Cloud Identity Agent Logs
To troubleshoot issues with the Cloud Identity
Engine, use keywords to search the Cloud Identity agent logs. For
example, you could search for the IP address of a directory where
the agent wasn’t able to connect to learn more about why the error occurred.
Search
terms are case-sensitive.
- From the Cloud Identity agent, select Monitoring.Enter the search terms in the entry field to the left of Search.Click Search. The results are highlighted in blue below the entry field.
