Learn how to view logs on your Palo Alto Networks firewall
for issues detected in the Cloud Identity Engine.
The firewall that you associate with your
Cloud Identity Engine tenant checks the Cloud Identity Engine daily
for any errors or issues (for example, an expired certificate or
a missing identity provider profile).
The
firewall logs any errors that it detects in the system logs using
the event type cas-message. If you
encounter issues with your Cloud Identity Engine, be sure to review
the system logs on your firewall to help troubleshoot the issue.
