    Email Asset Owners

    Learn how to email asset owners directly on Data Security.
    This feature is currently not available in the Cloud Management Console.
    You might need to email asset owners directly on Data Security to inquire about content they have created or shared. Before you begin, consider a custom email template.
    1. Locate the specific asset.
      • Select ExploreQuarantine to view a list of assets that have been quarantined.
      • Select ExploreAssets to select from a list of all assets.
      • Select ExploreIncidents to view a list of incidents.
    2. Select ActionsSend Email.
    3. Compose your email, then Send.
