Onboard an Articulate Global App to SSPM

Connect an Articulate Global instance to SSPM to detect posture risks.
For SSPM to detect posture risks in your Articulate Global instance, you must onboard your Articulate Global instance to SSPM. Through the onboarding process, SSPM logs in to Articulate Global using administrator account credentials. SSPM uses this account to scan your Articulate Global instance for misconfigured settings. If there are misconfigured settings, SSPM suggests a remediation action based on best practices.
To onboard your Articulate Global instance, you complete the following actions:

Identify the Account for Accessing Articulate Global

To access your Articulate Global instance, SSPM requires the following information, which you will specify during the onboarding process.
ItemDescription
Email IdThe login email address of an Articulate Global administrator.
Required Permissions: The administrator must be assigned to the Account Admin role.
PasswordThe password for the Articulate Global administrator account.
Identify the Articulate Global account that SSPM will use to access your Articulate Global instance. Verify that the account has the required permissions as shown in the preceding table.

Connect SSPM to Your Articulate Global Instance

By adding an Articulate Global app in SSPM, you enable SSPM to connect to your Articulate Global instance.
  1. From the Add Application Page (Posture SecurityApplicationsAdd Application), click the Articulate Global tile.
  2. Under posture security instances, Add Instance or, if there is already an instance configured, Add New instance.
  3. Enter the login email address and password for accessing your Articulate Global instance, and Connect.
