Apply Predefined SaaS Policy Rule Recommendations

Learn how to apply predefined (default) SaaS policy rule recommendations on SaaS Security Inline.

SaaS Security Inline provides predefined rule recommendations to create recommendations efficiently and with known best practices in mind. You cannot modify the rule name, description, activity, response, but you can add SaaS applications or groups to the predefined rule recommendations. Alternatively, you can create a policy rule recommendation from scratch.

To navigate to the Policy Recommendations view, select Discovered AppsPolicy Recommendations.
In the table, locate the predefined rule recommendation that you want to apply.
( Optional) Edit the predefined policy rule recommendation. In the Actions column, select the Edit action, then modify the SaaS apps, users, and groups, then Save.
Set the Enabled toggle to the on position.
